Some things only get clear when you finally say them to someone who has been there.

  • You are going through the motions of a life you built on purpose, and you cannot pinpoint when it stopped feeling like yours.

  • You keep saying, "I know I should be happy, but," and the "but" never leads anywhere.

  • You have lost yourself somewhere inside being everyone else's person, and you are not sure who is left underneath.

  • You are exhausted in a way sleep cannot fix, and you have stopped trying to explain it to anyone.

  • You have thought "there has to be more than this" more times than you would admit. Usually late at night. Usually alone.

What a discovery call is

I use it to assess fit too. I work with a small number of clients at a time, and I am honest about whether I am the right person for where you are. Not every woman is the right fit for this work, and if I think there is a better option for you, I will say so plainly.

That honesty is the point.

What it is not

It is a conversation between two people figuring out whether working together makes sense.

It is not coaching. We will not be doing the deep work in the call.

It is not a consultation that ends with a high-pressure pitch.

I do not do those.

It is not a vetting process where I am deciding whether you are smart enough, together enough, or in pain enough to work with me.

Every woman who has reached this page is enough.

What might actually happen

Sometimes the act of naming something out loud to someone who has been where you are shifts things in a way that nothing else has.

Some women come in thinking they want one thing and leave knowing it is something else entirely. Some leave ready to book. Some just leave feeling a little clearer than they did before.

All of those are the right outcome.

Questions women usually have

What should I prepare?
You can show up exactly as you are. If something has been on your mind, say it. If you
are not sure where to start, I will help.

What if I get on the call and don't know what to say?
You will not be alone in the conversation. I have done a lot of these. I know how to help a
woman start somewhere honest, even when she did not expect to.

What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
This is exactly what the call is for. You do not need to be sure of anything before you book.
You only need to be open to one real conversation.

What if I'm curious but not sure I am serious yet?

Curious is enough. Most of the women I work with started exactly there. There is no test you

need to pass to deserve thirty minutes.

What happens after the call?
If we are both a good fit, I will share clear next steps and pricing. If we are not, I will tell you
what I think might actually help. Either way, you are not on a sequence. I do not do follow-
up emails designed to wear you down.

Thirty minutes is not nothing.

It is also not very much.

Whatever you are carrying, you have already been carrying it for a lot longer than thirty

minutes. This call is just thirty minutes of carrying it with someone who has been there.
